CAO FASA SOMBRA TORO (6 x 50)

WRAPPER: ECUADORIAN SHADE

BINDER: CAMEROON

FILLER: DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, NICARAGUA

Sombra’s easy draw leads with sweet cream, spice, earth, and a dash of graphite near the end of the exhale. Generous smoke output.

Almond and cream linger on the finish, nice and clean. Graphite, almond, and cream flow from the nostrils on the retrohale. Nice.

This would be an excellent companion to my weekend coffee and chocolate milk. ‘Merica.

I recently watched the movie The Killer, and the main character listens to the band The Smiths. I had completely forgotten about their song “How Soon is Now” until I was watching that movie. While I’m not a fan of the band, I dig that song. I went down the rabbit hole and read why they broke up. Your typical band drama, of course. I’m obsessed with finding live performances of songs I enjoy, and I must say, I’m in the Johnny Marr camp when it comes to the live performance of that song. Excellent.

Sombra’s solid burn makes this an even easier smoke to enjoy.

Milk chocolate and light coffee flirt with the original players. I can’t imagine chocolate has ever broken up a band. Coffee? Maybe.

SMOKE TIME: 1 hr. 10 mins.

RATING: 3.5 / 4 - Excellent live performance.
