Bursts of sweet oak charge through the pull, grabbing some dark chocolate and subtle grilled steak. Dark chocolate rub? Spice lingers on the finish with light coffee close by its side. A rather clean retrohale.
Perfect draw. Ample smoke output.
Through the first third, Ribeye needed a couple of burn touch-ups and an extended stay in smoke roll™ city, but it’s been burning independently since. Ash tightened up significantly as well. Cool.
Not really a steak guy, but I dig this Ribeye.
