LOVELY CIGARS BAY CITY MADURO ROBUSTO GORDO (5 1/4 x 54)
WRAPPER: MEXICO
BINDER: SUMATRA
FILLER: NICARAGUA

Bay City brings dark chocolate, dried dark fruit, a dash of spice, and a distant earthy undertone through the first several puffs. Excellent draw and smoke output.
The retrohale is rather clean with a touch of spice. Just enough to keep the nostrils involved. The finish is a bit darker with darker (?) dark chocolate and a touch of spice. A bit more earth finds its way to the finish as well.

Bay City burns fairly well but requires a few touch-ups and smoke rolls™. Solid ash.
Things darken up as I reach the end, and if you want a long smoke from a shorter cigar, Bay City doesn’t disappoint.
I didn’t have the best of luck with another Lovely offering, but Bay City was quite lovely.

SMOKE TIME: 2 hrs. 8 mins.
RATING: 3 / 4 - Quite lovely.
