Golden Era produces equal helpings of sweet cream, spice, and earth. All very smooth from an equally smooth draw. Mixed nuts and a slight woodiness find a spot as well.
Earth darkens up a few notches on the retrohale, and it brings mixed nuts along for the ride. Kind of like when I take my family on trips.
Leather fades to earth on the finish. Fairly clean.
Smoke output is plenty sufficient.
We’re moving along at a nice pace. No harshness and no softening up, so no problem.
Burns straight enough without any help from me.
Coffee sneaks in, and a faint touch of fig begins to rest on the finish. Could be another classic coffee pairing. Might have to try that sometime.
