PUNCH MR. PUNCH TORO (6 x 54)

WRAPPER: ECUADORIAN SUMATRA

BINDER: NICARAGUA

FILLER: NICARAGUA

Mr. Punch hits with spice and earth. Caramel slinks around in the background. Earth darkens up quite a bit on the retrohale. Leather, earth, and a touch of wood hang on the finish.

Slight resistance on the draw with a plentiful smoke output.

Ash flakes but holds on to a fairly consistent burn line. Smoke rolls™ and patience assist with the burn’s consistency. A few touch-ups eventually prove to be necessary.

Suede, wood, and dark dried fruit drift from the foot.

Almond butter drops by now and then. I’ve tried getting into almond butter a few times, but peanut butter is still king.

Mr. Punch was somewhat of a slow smoker for me.

SMOKE TIME: 2 hrs. 20 mins.

RATING: 2.75 / 4 - Peanut butter still has my heart.
